Review: Globalization as historical process has influenced different fields of knowledge, particularly important being their relationship with the legal world in what has been called the globalization of law, and this has aroused the interest of several scholars of the legal discipline.
The law has not been alien to the concept of transnationalization that force is becoming increasingly important because the needs they have legal spaces to adapt to new regulatory frameworks of political and economic integration. From there it follows a new agenda to the right as Boaventura de Sousa Santos has become known as a reading sub-paradigmatic or adaptive; however, there is a different scenario of regulation that can not be ignored in the contemporary dynamics. This refers to goods as a truly global environment.
